We must ensure no extra sections like Qualifications (we used Requirements and Skills). Could also combine Requirements and Qualifications but we have Requirements and Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include Requirements and Skills; Qualifications we omitted because we didn't have separate content besides what's in Requirements and Skills. That's okay. We must not repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We must not include Job ID etc. Not present. We removed EEO statement, boilerplate. Check for any duplicated lines: we didn't duplicate. Check for any filler like "commensurate with experience": not present. All substantive info preserved? Let's verify: - Intro paragraph about values and role purpose: yes. - Work location: included as short p. - Responsibilities: we captured all bullet points from "Roles & Responsibilities". Need to verify we didn't miss any: Original list: Complies with and enforce all company policies and plant rules and procedures, to include Safety, Quality, GMPs, and General Work Rules. Establish and maintain GMP’s and SOP’s to keep the facility ready for customer inspections as well as governmental inspections (EPA, FDA, OSHA etc.). Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to increase production efficiency. Participate in daily planning meetings with the management team Conduct daily meetings with maintenance staff outlining tasks, safety concerns, etc. Participate in the creation of annual maintenance and capital budgets We captured all, though some wording slightly paraphrased but preserved meaning. Good. - Requirements: we captured Education, Minimum Experience Preferred, Exposure PLC programming a plus. Also we might include "Physical Activity/Working Conditions" but we omitted; maybe we should include under Requirements? The instruction: we can include physical demands under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have Requirements heading, we could add a bullet for physical demands. Let's add: "While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers; may be required to lift up to 55 lbs; must be able to read, write, and communicate orally in English." That's substantive. We should add that to Requirements. - Skills: we captured the list from "Skills, Experience and Education". Good. - Benefits: captured list. - Pay: captured salary range and bonus potential. - Schedule: captured schedule. We should also maybe include "Employee Type: Full time Location: ND Grand Forks Job Type: Production Maintenance" as minor metadata; we could fold into About the role paragraph or a short p. We already have location p; we could add employee type and job type there. Let's add a short p after location: "Employee Type: Full‑time; Job Type: Production Maintenance." Now ensure we didn
