About the role
I am seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project plans and reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Understanding of construction and/or real estate industry practices

- Project management software proficiency (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience
