Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
- Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards.
- Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues.
- Aid in training hourly maintenance associates.
- Perform additional reasonable duties as required.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read and use blueprints, diagrams, operations manuals and manufacturer's specifications (preferred).
- Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management (required).
