Requirements
You must have a minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team. You should have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, and if possible, a college degree. You need to have a deep commitment to high-energy and emergency environments, and you should be able to remain calm in challenging situations. Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook, are required, and Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
Skills
Super skilled in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. Mentoring your team, developing new maintenance techniques and innovations, and working with outside vendors are some of your strengths. You are detail-oriented, organized, and know how to fix mistakes. You have a "one-tool-box" approach to problem-solving.

Pay and Schedule
This position offers $33.00 to $36.00 per hour depending on experience, a two-bedroom unit, and the opportunity to earn thousands in bonus opportunities, plus benefits!
Schedule
