What We Do
We fix, repair, replace, refurbish, and restore properties. We also provide a wide range of services including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. We take pride in our work and strive to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team.
- Deep commitment to applying your very best in both high-energy and emergency environments.
- Ability to remain calm in the face of disaster.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
You have a passion for fixing things and a knack for innovation. You enjoy mentoring your team and developing new maintenance techniques. You are detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You are a natural leader who can handle the challenges of the job with grace and professionalism.
