Job Title

Maintenance Supervisor/Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation
• Mentoring your team and developing new maintenance techniques and innovations
• Working with outside vendors
• Fixing small issues to make big impacts
• Leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
• Managing daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation

Requirements

• Minimum of two+ years in the multifamily industry with at least one+ year of supervisory background
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with computers, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Qualifications

• Superior skills in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation
• Ability to work in high-energy and emergency environments
• Experience remaining calm under pressure
• Commitment to applying your best effort in all situations
