Job Title and Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager, you'll oversee a team of professionals in areas such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation. You'll mentor your team, develop new techniques, and work closely with external vendors. You'll ensure that all units are in top condition and contribute to creating an exceptional living environment for our residents.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in the multifamily industry with at least one year of supervisory experience
- Experience in areas such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in high-energy and emergency environments
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications
- Current or previous supervisory experience in property management
- Knowledgeable about managing multifamily properties
- Ability to handle emergencies and stay calm under pressure
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay and Schedule
The salary range for this position is $33.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on experience. There are also opportunities to earn additional compensation through bonus programs.
Schedule
Hours may vary based on the needs of the property and the team. Shifts may include day, evening, and weekend work.
