Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Duties

• Manages staff and oversees all work load duties
• Ensures work orders are completed within a timely manner and all make-ready's are done in a timely manner
• Coordinates with Community Manager to complete projects and work orders efficiently

Technical Skills

• Performs minor electrical maintenance including, but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance
• Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work
• Holds HVAC certification and can maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems

Problem Solving and Emergency Response

• Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests, and makes adjustments
• Schedules and completes preventative maintenance program
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
• Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate concerns

Work Environment and Compliance

• Able to work flexible hours
• Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas
