About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor at Children in Crisis is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our campus, coordinating repairs, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of campus maintenance and upkeep
- Coordination of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality
- Maintaining a welcoming environment for children and families
Requirements
- Proven experience in facility management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using maintenance software and tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
