Role: Maintenance Supervisor responsible for leading the plant's maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and safety. This hands-on leadership position involves managing preventive maintenance programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating major shutdowns and projects. Lead, develop, and mentor the maintenance team to uphold safety, efficiency, and reliability standards.Manage and enhance preventive maintenance efforts to maximize equipment uptime.Implement continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize reactive repairs.Plan, prioritize, and assign maintenance tasks aligned with production schedules and operational priorities.Coordinate shutdowns and major projects to optimize equipment availability.Establish maintenance standards, including work instructions, spare parts management, and documentation tracking.Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and organization within the maintenance department.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Safety, and other departments to achieve operational goals.Engage in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities directly, acting as a hands-on leader. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or GED.At least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Knowledge of OSHA, ISO standards, and principles like Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma.Willingness to perform hands-on maintenance when necessary.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications Over 5 years of maintenance leadership experience.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
