Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

UCH is a Philadelphia-based property management company managing 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space. They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Summit Park Communities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities
• Handle daily work orders, turnovers, renovations, and capital improvements
• Maintain and repair physical structures, grounds, and equipment
• Maintain required records (material usage, time, production, reports)
• Perform technical maintenance and repair operations: grounds, snow removal, HVAC, pools, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, appliance repair, and painting
• Maintain and work a routine on-call emergency response schedule
• Perform snow removal and salting as required
• Maintain a positive work environment, motivate the team, cultivate team atmosphere, and implement/enforce company rules/policies
• Train and develop new maintenance team members as needed

Requirements

• Previous supervisor experience
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong work ethic
• Stable, progressive work history with 5+ years’ experience in the property maintenance industry
• Strong plumbing background; dual temp system experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
