Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance operations across mining and materials facilities. Key Responsibilities Plan, oversee, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mining, crushing, and processing equipment.Improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime through effective maintenance strategies.Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate work with operations.Manage contractors and ensure quality, performance, and adherence to site standards.Drive safety and regulatory compliance across all maintenance activities.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support sustainable, innovative projects.Manage maintenance budgets and optimize asset performance. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership in industrial or heavy equipment maintenance.Solid understanding of maintenance planning, reliability, and troubleshooting.Experience managing contractors and multi-trade maintenance activities.Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage maintenance resources and costs.
