Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained in optimal condition to support production operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Basic knowledge of industrial automation systems.

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
