About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facility operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate with external contractors to manage repair and maintenance projects.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and comply with relevant regulations.
- Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
