Responsibilities

• Embrace Bluecore's culture of empowerment and transparency by engaging in healthy debate with leadership and sharing what is not working well on a weekly basis.
• Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and thoroughness with every service request and make ready, completing work orders within 24 hours and achieving a 7-day unit turn.
• Manage the maintenance budget, keeping expenses within budgeting guidelines and finding cost-saving measures that don't compromise quality.
• Accurately complete records in Yardi and use Sparkle for inspections, committing to preventative maintenance.
• Inspect and repair all areas of the community, adhering to health and safety procedures, and communicating professionally with vendors.
• Work as a team with the office staff to ensure overall resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• Experience at a Class A apartment community
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• CPO certification (must be obtained within 3 months of employment)
• Reliable transportation for job duties
