Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

S&S Property Management Company is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for their team at Cypress Creek in Madison, TN. The position requires extensive experience in HVAC, including installation, repair, and replacement, with a focus on residential communities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure all units are in good working order.
• Manage and train a team of maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience.
• Valid Drivers License.
• CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation.
