Maintenance Supervisor

S&S Property Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Reserve at Redbank in Chattanooga, TN. This role is ideal for a candidate with extensive HVAC experience and a proven track record in installation, repair, and replacement within a residential community setting. Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform HVAC installation, repair, and replacement in a residential community.
• Motivate and lead a maintenance team to ensure high-quality work.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all tasks and projects.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• At least 3 years of Multi-Family experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance coverage.
• CPO, HVAC, and EPA Certification (preferred).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with reliable transportation.
