Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview

The Service Director leads maintenance operations to ensure property buildings, grounds, and amenities meet safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage work orders and routine upkeep
• Oversight of make-ready processes
• Development of community standards
• Inspection of work quality
• Maintenance of inventory
• Aid with budgeting
• Conduct safety meetings
• Provide excellent resident service

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Proficiency in basic math
• Computer skills
• Relevant certifications (EPA, Pool Operator)
• Strong leadership
• Communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina

Additional Expectations

• Ability to work inside and outside in various weather conditions
• Lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Perform routine travel for property support and training
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call duties
