Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the property management company, ensuring that all facilities are in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including repairs, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Manage contractor relationships and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management or construction industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
