Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Bexley Central Park in Grand Prairie. The supervisor will lead a service team while staying hands‑on with maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pool systems, and exterior structural work.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders through business software and schedule unit turn‑overs.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee both in‑house technicians and outside contractors.
• Communicate daily with the property management team via email.
• Participate in a shared on‑call rotation and receive a bonus for on‑call duties.
• Maintain a consistent punch‑list process, coach technicians, and turn service calls into resident retention moments.

Requirements

• Four or more years of trade experience covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pool systems, and exterior structural work.
• At least one year of experience in an apartment maintenance lead, assistant supervisor, or supervisor role.
• EPA/CFC certification (Type I and II or Universal) required before start date.
• Basic computer proficiency for work‑order and property‑management software.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and personal hand tools.

Pay

Compensation is experience‑based with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with shared on‑call responsibilities.
