Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary

Under the general direction of the Maintenance Manager, provide guidance to in-house & contract personnel for the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of plant assets including Electrical / Mechanical infrastructure and a wide variety of machine shop equipment. Requires strong technical, organizational, administrative & personnel management skills and the ability to assess equipment / infrastructure issues to develop short & long term solutions to optimize equipment uptime. Plans short & long term maintenance activities and budgets including daily, weekly, and monthly PMs.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to in-house & contract personnel for the installation, modification, maintenance and repair of plant assets including Electrical / Mechanical infrastructure and a wide variety of machine shop equipment.
• Absorb and assess equipment / infrastructure issues to develop short & long term solutions to optimize equipment uptime.
• Plan short & long term maintenance activities and budgets including daily, weekly, and monthly PMs.
