Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and emergency response.
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team, managing service requests, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections.
- Oversee apartment make-ready repairs, track timelines, and ensure budget standards are met.
- Support resident satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience of 2–3 years, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
- A high school diploma or GED, with an associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- EPA, HVAC, CPO, and relevant state or local certifications required.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
