Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and emergency response.
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Lead preventative maintenance schedules and inspections of various building systems and amenities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and cost control, enforce safety policies, and maintain emergency vendor lists.
• Manage apartment make-ready repairs, track timelines, and address post-move-in service needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience of 2–3 years, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate’s degree preferred.
• EPA, HVAC, CPO, and relevant state or local certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
