Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and direction to Maintenance Technician(s) and Porter(s).
- Maintain and repair apartment buildings, including multiple locations and building types.
- Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of apartment buildings, grounds, common areas, and vacant units.
- Complete the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments.
- Develop and manage the budget for repair and maintenance.
- Prepare for and conduct inspections, including owner, federal, state, and local inspections.
- Manage resident satisfaction through effective communication and performance metrics.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with technical training certifications preferred.
- Three years of experience overseeing maintenance buildings and teams.
- A valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.
- A company-provided EPA certification within six months of employment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel.
- Physical abilities to perform tasks such as climbing stairs, bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and lifting.
- On-call availability for after-hours emergency service.

Pay
