Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team at our 230+ unit property, The Ridges of Cascade. This is a working supervisor position that requires an on-call rotation and aims to provide exceptional, above-standard service to all customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a maintenance team
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as a working supervisor
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Troubleshoot technical, HVAC, and electronic equipment issues
• Maintain and repair property equipment

Requirements

• Maintenance experience, including HVAC and electronic troubleshooting
• Previous "lease-up" experience is a plus
