Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Lead a maintenance team at our 400+ unit property, Boulder Creek, providing exceptional above-standard service to all customers. This is a working supervisor position that requires an on-call rotation and hands-on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a maintenance team
• Perform maintenance tasks including HVAC, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to residents

Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC knowledge
• Experience with electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance
• Previous "lease-up" experience is a plus
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
• Capability to traverse properties with stairs and in various weather conditions
