We need to decide what goes where.
Job Details: Position, Location, Schedule, Hours, Pay Rate, Pay Frequency.
We have "Who We Are" paragraph: can be placed under an "About the company" maybe but not required heading. Could be part of "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company description. Could be placed under a heading "About NEXDINE Hospitality" but not in list of allowed headings? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings. "Who We Are" could go under "About the role"? Might be okay. Or we could omit it? But we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include that company description somewhere. Could put it in a
under a heading "About the role" (makes sense). Or we could create a separate heading not in list? The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect those headings. Safer to use those headings only. So we can put company description under "About the role". That heading will contain both company description and job summary? Might be okay.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So we won't have a heading "Maintenance Supervisor". Good.
Now we need to extract content.
Let's list sections:
- About the role: include company description (Who We Are) and Job Summary (primary responsibility). Possibly also location? Location maybe under Schedule? But location is separate. Could be placed under About the role as well? Might be okay but location is not role description. However we have a Schedule heading for schedule/hours/pay. Location could be placed under About the role as a paragraph? Might be okay but not ideal. Could create a separate heading "Location"? Not in list. Perhaps we can include location in a
under About the role as part of job details. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can combine location into About the role.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list (many bullet points). Use
- .
- Requirements: Required Education And Experience, Professional Requirements, Financial (maybe under Requirements or Qualifications). Could split: Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (skills). But we have many bullet points under Professional Requirements and Financial. Could treat them as Requirements.
- Benefits: What We Offer You list.
- Pay: Pay Rate, Pay Frequency.
- Schedule: Schedule, Hours.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive info. Let's extract details.
