Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
- HVAC and EPA certification a plus
- Available to be “on-call” 24/7 for emergencies
- Valid driver’s license

Work Schedule
This position typically requires 40 or more hours per week, with on-call availability for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
About the role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the property's appearance, safety, and functionality. You’ll oversee make-ready and service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll manage supplies, address performance issues, and help resolve liability concerns. You’ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service. Safety is a top priority. You will proactively identify hazards and ensure prompt repairs, helping keep our grounds, buildings, and units in outstanding condition.
Responsibilities
You’ll provide exceptional customer service, support the Property Manager in daily operations, and supervise the maintenance staff. You’ll also train staff and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure top-quality service.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $27 - $29 per hour.
