Packaging Maintenance Supervisor

Maintain plant equipment and provide operational support to the production department. Manage a workforce and provide technical training and assistance. Interview and select candidates for maintenance positions. Support and implement precision maintenance practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance experience
• Mechanical background in a manufacturing environment
• Previous food and beverage manufacturing experience
• Preventive maintenance experience
• Industrial electrical knowledge
• Computer skills
• Production maintenance experience
• Planning and schedule using CMMS software
• FDA(CFR21) and cGMP(current good manufacturing practices) experience

Pay and Benefits

Salaried grade 8 $87,500 - $99,800/ year, depending on experience and qualifications. Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance. Exempt Schedule 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) On-site Weekend, holiday, and/or other hours will be required at times.
