Maintenance Supervisor
Job Requirements
Electro-Mechanical Degree, Supervisory Management Certification, Industrial Electrical Journeyman, Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright Journeyman, Maintenance Technician Journeyman, or a related field or equivalent experience is required.
Three to five years of maintenance experience in a high-speed packaging or similar manufacturing environment required, plus two to three years of supervisory / lead experience.
Excellent working knowledge of manufacturing facilities and equipment.
Strong knowledge of work management processes, labor estimating, and resource balancing.
Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and procedures.
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of various maintenance disciplines, such as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
Able to overcome obstacles and have the organizational skills necessary to do so.
Able to be proactive in problem solving.
Excellent leadership and team building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requires a high level of confidentiality.

Planning, organizing, and supervising a team of Maintenance Technicians to meet departmental short-term objectives that will accomplish the long-term goals.
Provide strong leadership and management capability to implement customer focused processes and improvements in cost reduction, quality, safety, and asset ROI.
