Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Marquette Management Inc. is seeking a Service Manager in Lake Bluff, IL to ensure residents enjoy a clean, well-maintained living environment. The maintenance department handles general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry
• Leadership and customer service skills
• General computer knowledge
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification (a plus)
• Availability for on-call purposes and flexibility to work weekends when necessary

Pay

Starting salary: $68,000–$72,000 based on experience.
