Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

This position will supervise the maintenance team for DBSG (Delaware Basin Sour Gas) assets. The role will be responsible for strategic planning, employee development, and completing project objectives. This will require a dynamic leader committed to the continual development of their direct team, operational peers and support departments. The focus of the role is to ensure all initiatives and tasks drive the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the business.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliant, and compliant operations.
• Enables Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline.
• Champions sound operational practices, including adherence to site and corporate operational policies, and effective procedure management and use while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Develops and sustains a culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading team activities.
• Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives.
• Prepares weekly maintenance schedules, communicates daily/weekly job assignments, and oversees completion.
• Led Outage planning and execution.
• Works closely with Reliability for an effective predictive and preventive maintenance program.
• Coincides with Support services including Scheduling/Planning, Procurement, etc. to ensure proper inventory levels and cost controls via vendor management are met.
• Drives successful implementation of maintenance plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of maintenance reporting and metrics.
• Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
• Aids in development and adherence to the maintenance budget.

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Three (3) years maintenance experience required.
• Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
