Maintenance Supervisor

What's the Job?

Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute maintenance work in a process area to ensure operational efficiency. Provide leadership and guidance on safety, quality, and productivity within the maintenance team. Maintain equipment availability, control costs, and uphold housekeeping standards in the work area. Supervise hourly craft personnel and manage contract services to meet operational goals. Establish and utilize the asset management system to optimize maintenance activities.

What's Needed?

• Experience in a craft or maintenance-related position, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• High safety awareness, strong communication, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Solid technical and maintenance skills with a working knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Results-oriented mindset with knowledge of asset management and proactive maintenance techniques.
• Strong leadership skills or experience leading a team, with an understanding of open communication and teamwork.

Pay

Competitive starting salary within the range of $86,000 to $140,000.
