Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at multifamily apartment communities. Key Responsibilities Include Leading and motivating the maintenance team by providing direction and exemplifying best practices.Ensuring property appearance, safety, and compliance with maintenance standards.Managing service requests, unit turns, and preventative maintenance schedules.Conducting property inspections to identify hazards and maintain safety protocols.Overseeing pool safety and daily logs, and maintaining all necessary documentation.Responding to after-hours emergencies such as sewer backups or flooding.Maintaining tools, supplies, and workspaces organized and safe.Performing or supervising repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, and appliance areas. Qualifications And Skills Include Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.EPA and HVAC certifications.Minimum of 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience in properties with 200+ units.Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work outdoors in all weather, and perform physical tasks including climbing and bending.Strong management, communication, and team leadership skills.Proficiency in building systems, safety standards, and maintenance procedures.
