Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of a facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are safe and operational.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with asset management systems.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
