Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance crew, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Oversee and optimize maintenance activities using CMMS.
• Ensure equipment reliability through planning and troubleshooting.
• Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and budgets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance; wood products and supervision experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education or journeyman certification is an asset.
• Proficiency with CMMS and computer applications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
