Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that the property is kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues before they become critical.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
