About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally and that repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory maintenance role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
