Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Maintain and operate equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
• Respond to emergency situations to ensure facility safety and minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in a maintenance or operations role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using common tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance procedures.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Good physical fitness to perform manual labor.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Second shift, Monday through Friday, rotating weekends.
