Overview
The Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support 1-2 communities in SW Denver (approximately 100-140 units). This full-time role is ideal for a leader who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and understands that well-maintained homes are the foundation of strong communities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across assigned community
- Train, support, and supervise maintenance team members and vendors
- Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, efficiency, and move-in readiness
- Prioritize and resolve work orders with urgency and a resident-first mindset
- Schedule and coordinate vendors when work cannot be completed in-house
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate, timely work order closeout in Yardi
- Coordinate seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal
- Participate in the on-call rotation following HGPM guidelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily
- Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
- General repair knowledge: plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, painting, etc.
- Pool experience required; CPO a plus
- Some Boiler experience required to handle the more basic routine repairs
- Personal basic tool set (cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, utility knife, tape measure, etc.)
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
- Familiarity with Yardi and Google Workspace is a plus
