About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Moyer Carriage Lofts property located at 1714 N. Salina St. Syracuse.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units.
- Oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects.
- Timely communication of significant incidents, issues, and concerns to the Property Manager.
Pay
Pay range is $25-$27/hr.
