Responsibilities
- Proactively ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality.
- Oversight, sharing, and completion of work orders, turnovers, and projects.
- Communicates significant incidents, issues, and concerns to the Property Manager promptly.
Requirements
- Full-time, benefit-eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am-11:00 am.
- Available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at the Utica property located at 1229 Kemble St.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in maintenance or similar field preferred.

Pay
- Pay range is $24-$26/hr.
- Sign on bonus $2,500.00.
