About the role

Maintenance Supervisor Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Sankofa Landing apartment community in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair and improve apartment communities.
• Work with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.

Requirements

• Two plus years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification and working experience required.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proof of Car Insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
