About the role
Maintenance Supervisor ensures equipment reliability and production efficiency by managing maintenance activities on the shop floor. The role coordinates with operations and contractors to reduce downtime and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operations and contractors to schedule maintenance and reduce machine downtime.
- Drive preventative maintenance processes to improve equipment reliability.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and identify capital-expenditure opportunities.
- Implement actions to improve workplace safety and reduce environmental impact.
- Demonstrate urgency to achieve company commitments and goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Proficient in technology and software: ERP systems, AutoCAD, Minitab, Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., Limble)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
- Associate's or 2-year technical degree preferred
- Ability to speak/interpret Spanish a plus
