Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Envolve Community Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for Spanish Arms Apartment Community in Baton Rouge, LA. This role is ideal for a HVAC & EPA Certified professional with a strong background in multifamily properties and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct and delegate assignments to maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Review, order parts, and schedule services required for resident work order repairs.
• Perform repairs including wall repairs, A/C and heating systems, doors, cabinets, and closets.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience.
• HVAC & EPA certification required.
• Experience in HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Must own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to safely move heavy equipment using proper tools and techniques.
• Must accommodate an emergency on-call schedule if requested.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License (no exceptions).
• Must pass a background screening and drug test.
