Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for McMullen Square in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment for the property.
• Conduct maintenance training for staff assigned to the property.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other special equipment.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Perform minor carpentry duties.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, including winterizing facilities, inspecting HVAC systems, maintaining swimming pool equipment and chemical balance, and ensuring lights/HVAC are turned off in vacant units.
• Train and inspect the quality of work of other maintenance personnel.
• Conduct joint interviews of maintenance applicants with the Community Manager.
• Perform administrative duties, including recording maintenance requests, using proper forms, and maintaining inventory of parts.
• Safely move heavy equipment using proper tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three (3) to eight (8) years of maintenance experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• HVAC and EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous multifamily experience required.

Pay

$25.00–$30.00 per hour.
