Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor for Mammoth at Orchard and Osage Creek to oversee all aspects of facility and maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and repair of apartment appliances, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and any special equipment.
• Conduct maintenance training for other personnel assigned to the property.
• Perform on-site basic repairs including HVAC systems, appliances, water heaters, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other special equipment.
• Be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day when scheduled.
• Perform minor carpentry duties.
• Conduct Preventive Maintenance, including winterizing facilities, inspecting HVAC systems, winterizing and maintaining swimming pool equipment, cleaning the pool, and ensuring proper chemical balance during the swimming season.
• Ensure all lights and HVAC are turned off in vacant units daily.
• Train and inspect the quality of work of other maintenance personnel.
• Conduct joint interviews of maintenance applicants with the Community Manager.
• Perform administrative duties, including recording maintenance requests, using proper forms, and maintaining inventory of parts.
• Safely move heavy equipment using proper equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Three (3) to Eight (8) years of maintenance experience required.
• College degree preferred.
• Must be HVAC and EPA certified.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous multifamily experience required.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.

Pay

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
