Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Highland Care Center, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our 24/7 healthcare facility and lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians.

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general systems
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely and efficient task completion
• Conduct routine inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
• Maintain accurate records and report to senior management and regulatory agencies as required
