Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the property, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that the property is kept in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping services.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Perform regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to develop and implement maintenance plans.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with building management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay

$X per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
