About the role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client s manufacturing facility close to Stockton, CA.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Train, develop, and support maintenance employees.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluations.
- Coach employees and address performance or disciplinary issues as needed.
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and maintenance problems.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production needs.
- Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and buildings.
- Repair machinery and equipment using manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
- Order necessary maintenance parts and supplies.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare required reports.
- Follow all company safety rules and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education is required.
- 3‑5 years of machine repair and maintenance experience, including 1‑3 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, controls, and welding systems.
- Knowledge of equipment safety and applicable regulations.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer software.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Pay
$35‑$45/hr
